3 weeks and 3 days!!!!

I cannot believe that we are less than a month away from getting on that airplane headed to Uganda!! Reagan and I are beyond ecstatic!!
We are steadily preparing for the journey ahead.  I am trying to prepare her for what she will see, and how she will need to behave etc.  I am also trying to prepare her for the spiritual journey she is about to embark on.  Praying boldly!
My hope and prayer is that her eyes are opened in a new way to the injustices of this world.  That she sees how much we are blessed with, and while we have much, they are still happy with little.
I hope she embarks on new found friendships with girls her own age in a different culture, to see how the other side of the world lives.  I hope that she feels the Lord leading her, showing her how to love like He loved.

Last week Reagan received her passport in the mail!!  Excited is not even the word for it!  One more step towards Uganda:)

We have not finished raising our necessary funding, and ask for continued prayers for this.  If you would like to support us, there are several ways! (All donations are Tax deductible!!)
